Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to Europe. But stay tuned, we’re going global!

What does shipping cost?

Within Sweden all orders over 460 SEK are free.

For orders under 460 SEK we charge 18-39 SEK per order depending on order size and if you chose Early Bird, DHL or Postnord as delivery method.

Within Scandinavia we offer free shipping for over 500 SEK. For orders under 500 SEK we charge 29/ 59 SEK depending on order size.

For all other European countries - please check shipping alternatives upon checkout.

What are your different delivery options?

Currently we are using PostNord, Early Bird, DHL Parcel (Sweden), International Maxi Letter (tracked), Budbee and DHL Express - but we are constantly adding more options!

Can I track my order?

As soon as you order has been shipped you are able to track the order with a reference which is sent to your registered email address.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days and within 4-7  business days during campaigns. Normally you receive your package directly home, otherwise to your closest service point.

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Yes, Lace Laboratory is not responsible for taxes.

How do I use a campaign code?

Campaign codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. It’s not possible to add a campaign code after purchase.

Can I change my order?

Once an order is placed, it can’t, unfortunately, be changed.

Exchanges and Returns

What is your returns policy?

As panties are intimate-hygiene products, there is no return after purchase (we hope you understand). For defective products, please get in touch with our customer support.

Can I exchange items?

Again, these are intimate-hygiene products, so there is a ‘no exchange policy’ when shopping for your Lace Laboratory panties.

Sizing

I cannot find the style, color or size I'm looking for.

We are probably out of stock… but keep checking. We are continuously filling up our stock.
