What does shipping cost?
Sweden: Free deliverys over 350 sek with Budbee and Early bird. Delivery time: 1-2 business days.
Orders under 350 sek: Budbee Home 39 sek, Budbeee Box 19 sek, EarlyBird 19 kr. DHL 39 kr.
Netherlands: Free delivery over 43 euro with Budbee Box & Home delivery. 1-3 days.
Orders under 43 euro: Budbee Box & Home delivery 3 euro. DHL Express 13 euro.
Norway: Free delivery over 350 NOK. Bring Mailbox. Delivery time: 4-7 business days.
Orders under 350 NOK: Bring 39 NOK.
Denmark: Free delivery over 450 DKK with Budbee Box & Home. Bring PickUp. Delivery time 2-3 business days.
Orders under 450 DKK: Budbee Box 19 DKK, Budbee Home 39 DKK. Bring PickUp 69 DKK.
Soumi: Free delivery over 43 euro with Budbee Box & Home. Delivery time: 3 business days and Posti 2-4 business days.
Orders under 43 euro: Budbee Box 3 euro, Budbee Home 5 euro, Posti 3 euro.
What are your different delivery options?

Can I track my order?
As soon as you order has been shipped you are able to track the order with a reference which is sent to your registered email address.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days and within 4-7 business days during campaigns. Normally you receive your package directly home, otherwise to your closest service point.
Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Yes, Lace Laboratory is not responsible for taxes.

How do I use a campaign code?
Campaign codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. It’s not possible to add a campaign code after purchase.

Can I change my order?
Once an order is placed, it can’t unfortunately be changed.
Exchanges and Returns
What is your returns policy?
As panties are intimate-hygiene products, there is no return after purchase (we hope you understand). For defective products, please get in touch with our customer support.
Can I exchange items?
Again, these are intimate-hygiene products, so there is a ‘no exchange policy’ when shopping for your Lace Laboratory panties.
Product
The difference between the Lace panty and the Modal panty?
The Lace panty has the stretch lace-waist and Lace on the body of the panty, the inner lining is made of 100% cotton. The Modal panty also has the stretch lace-waist but the body is made from the fabric modal, which is a breathable material.
Sizing
I cannot find the style, color or size I'm looking for.
We are probably out of stock… but keep checking. We are continuously filling up our stock.
How do I find the right size?

Caring
Where do I find care instructions?
Our panties are washable at 40°C (even at 60°C, but we don’t recommend it). We recommend washing them with similar colors and preferably in a wash bag.
Don’t tumble dry but rather dry flat to minimize wrinkles.
