Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to Sweden, Norway and Finland. But stay tuned, we’re going global!

 

What does shipping cost?

Within Sweden all orders over 350 SEK include free shipping. For orders under 350 SEK we charge 22 SEK per order. Within Scandinavia we offer free shipping for over 500 SEK; under that there is a charge of 39 SEK per order.

 

What are your different delivery options?

Currently we are using DHL Express and PostNord.

 

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped after 1-3 business days. Normally you receive your package directly home, after 5 business days.

 

How do I use a campaign code?

Campaign codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. It’s not possible to add a campaign code after purchase.

 

Can I track my order?

As soon as you order has been shipped you are able to track the order with a reference which is sent to your registered email address.

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Yes, Lace Laboratory is not responsible for taxes.

What is your returns policy?

As panties are intimate-hygiene products, there is no return after purchase (we hope you understand). For defective products, please get in touch with our customer support.

 

Can I exchange items?

Again, these are intimate-hygiene products, so there is a ‘no exchange policy’ when shopping for your Lace Laboratory panties.

 

I cannot find the style, colour or size I'm looking for.

We are probably out of stock… but keep checking. We are continuously filling up our stock.

Can I change my order?

Once an order is placed, it can’t, unfortunately, be changed.
