Lace Laboratory AB, Reg. No. 559126-4220, with address Birger Jarlsgatan 22, 11434 Stockholm, ("Company"); and recipient of free panties from Lace Laboratory ("Influencer").

1.1. The Collaboration is voluntary meaning that the Influencer is free to, but not required to, post content about the free panties. 

2.1. The Collaboration is voluntary and the Influencer is not entitled to any reimbursement.

3.1. The term "Result" means all documents, source code and know-how, as well as Intellectual Property rights to plans, drawings, videos and images that have been or will be created, developed or generated as a result of the Collaboration or in connection therewith.

3.2. The Parties agree that the Result shall be the exclusive property of the Influencer. Thus, the Influencer has the right to transfer, further develop, commercialise and otherwise freely use the Result.

3.3. The Parties agree that the Company shall have the right to re-post any content created by the Influencer under the Collaboration on the Company's own channels such as, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Company website.

3.4. The Parties agree that the transfer stipulated in the paragraph above shall be exercisable without payment of royalty or other additional compensation to the transferring Party.

3.5. The Influencer warrants that the Result or the use of such Result does not infringe any existing intellectual property owned by any third party. No part of the Result is subject to any additional license or royalty.

4.1 The Company processes the personal data necessary to fulfill the shipment of free products. For the purpose of executing the order, the Company processes personal data such as:

- First and last name
- Phone number
- Instagram handle
- Address
- Contact details
- Information about the Instagram account and statistics
- Panty size

5.1. This Agreement shall enter into force when the influencer places an order with the free panty discount code. The influencer verifies that they are over 18 years old when entering the agreement.
